What's the thread pattern? I've got a white ball with a 5 speed pattern that I think is M12x1.5. Bought it for an MR2 I never bought.

Huh. That's pretty damn weird. Apparently some of them had a splined shaft, too...which sucks, though you could replace that with any knob with a grub screw, provided it fits over the shaft.

Where can I find a grub screw that would convert 5/8" to 3/8"? I really want a hurst shift knob. Also, pretty sure the shaft is splined. Heres a pic of it bare:

I just looked further into it, Dont wanna do it. The mount point on the adapter is too shallow. I think I may just gorilla glue the thing back on and call it good

Output thread is whatever the thread pattern is of the knob you like...M12x1.5, for example.
